The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay, especially given our circumstances related to medical visits. Our room was clean, spacious, and featured a Keurig coffee maker, which was a welcome touch. However, the dining options could be improved, as the on-site restaurant menu was somewhat limited.

Had a great time with friends! We checked out the latest plays at Playhouse Square and enjoyed some live music in a quirky spot. The hotel was clean, and staff were generally helpful. For future guests, don’t expect too many dining options nearby, but you can easily access local attractions.

I appreciated the modern decorations throughout the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic, An Ihg Hotel. The clean common areas made it easy to navigate as a senior traveler, providing a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere during my stay.

The location is ideal for anyone visiting the Cleveland Clinic. I appreciated the comfortable Deluxe King Room that provided a restful space after a long day.

Unfortunately, the check-in time and the slow valet service left much to be desired.

Comfortable room, convenient location, with easy access on the Healthline located outside the hotel allowing for exploration, and I appreciated the fridge for our food supplies and the shuttle service provided to the main campus.

I would have liked more choices of reasonably priced sit-down restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel location is great, being just a quick shuttle ride to the clinic. And the food at the restaurant, although overpriced, was above average.

I stayed in a Standard King Room and it was okay. The room itself was clean and spacious, which I appreciated. However, there was a wadded-up chunk of toilet paper on the seat when I arrived, and the drapes were all tangled. The staff was helpful, but it felt like the previous guest rushed out too soon. Overall, the room had potential but could have been better prepared for my stay.
